Who we are

Vikash Engineering is a machine-parts repair and manufacturing workshop at 4/264, G.I.D.C. Pandesara, Near Narayan Silk Mills, Surat – 394221, Gujarat, India (GSTIN 24AKPPP7249F1ZR). This policy covers our website and customer portal at vikash-engineering.com and the Vikash Engineering mobile app, which shows the same portal.

What we collect

Account details: your name, company name, GSTIN, address, phone number and email address, so we can link your account to your company's bills and jobs.

Your requests: repair and manufacturing requests you send us — machine and part details, quantities, notes, and any photos or files you attach.

Business records: invoices (bills) we raise for your company, their amounts and payment status.

Technical basics: the language you choose on the site and the sign-in session that keeps you logged in. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build marketing profiles.

Why we use it

Only to run the portal for you: showing your repair and job status, your bills and payment reminders, answering your enquiries, and keeping the shop's records correct. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

WhatsApp and email buttons

Some buttons on the site open WhatsApp or your email app with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app, and those messages are handled under that app's own privacy policy.

Who can see your data

Only the Vikash Engineering team members who need it to do your work. Your account is protected by your own password — please keep it private. If you believe someone else has used your account, tell us and we will lock it and issue you a new one-time password.

How long we keep it

Bills and business records are kept as long as Indian tax and business law requires. Account details are kept while your company remains a customer. You may ask us at any time to correct your details, or to delete your portal account; bills we are legally required to retain will be kept for the required period and then removed.
